Extended-CASL Library License

Extended-CASL Library (ECLib) may be used in non-commercial, shareware, and commercial Palm software.

The source code included in the ECLib may NOT be distributed in any way, shape, or form to anyone outside of your company. Only the ECLibExt PRC file may be distributed (as it is required for users to run any non-CASLpro applications that use ECLib.)

If ECLib is being used with CASLpro, the application with the ECLib C files may be distributed in any way wanted, BUT ONLY IN THEIR COMPILED AND .PRC FORM. The C files may not be distributed by themselves, ONLY in their compiled form as a part of an application.

The function prototypes may NOT be distributed in any way, shape or form, aside from in their compiled form as part of another application.

There are no royalties for using ECLib. The cost of the library is all that is needed to be paid for using the library according to the above rules with as many applications as wanted.
